History - As children we have all studded an orange with dried cloves, to give a wonderful aroma, especially around Christmas time.  This tradition dates back to the Middle Ages.  Cloves have been hung over cribs for centuries to protect babies.

Witchcraft Uses - Witches have long used oranges studded with cloves as a recovery charm.  Use cloves in protection, love, money and good luck spells and charms.  Cloves can also be used to protect against negative energies.
